Since complaint submitted on September 29th, 2016, [redacted] was in our office on October 6th, 2016. We discussed the proper loading and weight laundry in our HE washers and dryers along with large objects and how HE washers work with these items. He has since varied his washing and drying loads and seems to be satisfied with his solution. Also as a side note, I also explained to him: In September 2016, the manufacturer worked with [redacted] to verify proper operations of HE washers, dryers as well. Best regards, [redacted]
