[redacted] paid $to have the nails trimmed on her dogShe got home and believed that they were not trimmed and called backWe had her come in the next day to retrim themBecause they were already trimmed, we couldn't retrim them without trimming them too much past the quick of the nails which would have caused bleeding and thus hurting the dogWe invited her to return? in weeks? and we would trim them again for freeWe still leave that option open that she can come in and get the nails trimmed for free the second timeHer rude and angry treatment of our staff is discouragingShe believes that the "customer is always right" and takes that idea as a license for what feels like abuseWe are trying to be kind and helpfulI offered to talk to her on the phone but she stomped out before we could talkI am the owner, Scott T [redacted] and we want customers to be pleased with our work and our shop
