Hibefore we do any repair we explain to the customer the prices for freon bec r is very expensive and we charge 75-dollars for pond .and also we did refund the money customer requested and he was so happy ..please feel free to call me at ***.thank you

I am rejecting this response because:The reason why I called Celestial Air was to install the duct work, not to install a furnace My furnace was basically new They convinced me that if I had a bigger furnace I would not have a problemThe temperature in the room never reached above 58-degrees The vent installed never pushed out much air They kept telling me to give it a day and see if the room would get warmer The room is insulated and they knew thatJust look at the duct work that they did That speaks clearly of their work and incompitenceThey installed two working ductsOne in the bathroom and the other In tthe room that the air is not working properly They lied about what they said they were going to do from the beginning They were not suppose to tap off of the duct work that was originally installed in the closet as shown in the picture.They told me that they were going to run duct work straight from the furnace They never honored their word nor did they properly install duct work from the initial start of job They took the shortcut and it never worked

Fist we install furnace for her and we install 2-3 vent for free and that was not part of deal and the room is talking about its in the garage not even insulated room and we explain to her there is nothing  we could do bec there is air coming out of this vent and when we measure the air coming...

out is 100f .and we explain to her the furnace it's had nothing to do with vent and we told her you need air balancing with extra charges .with our experience there is no problem with vent or our installation .and she can't keep this garage for warmer then that .there is no installation in the garage .and she turn her garage to room and every time we go there when it's 20-30 degree out side it's 70 degree inside this room .and like we mention this vent it's not part of the deal it was for free she ask for 2 vents and at the end we end up installing 3-5 .I can't believe she wants agarge space to be more 80 degree .there is no problem with our installation and we explain to her that .
