Review: I bought 2 different bonsai trees at an outdoor festival in PA, after I was assured that the plants do not get pests that would be harmful. I spent $164 including 2 fertilizers, and other accessories. Immediately after bringing them home, I noticed one had cobwebs on it, then the second had tiny bugs on it. I called the number on my receipt, left a message, but never received a return phone call. I emailed the company, and after several days, received advice on how to get rid of the pests. I followed advice, when given(not all my emails were returned). The plants were getting worse, and since I was told one was 15 years old, and the other was 4 years old, and they could live to be 300 years old, I thought perhaps I could exchange them for new. After the company did not respond, they succumbed to disease, and I had to throw them out.Desired Settlement: Although I had asked them for replacement plants in my emails to them(which were under [redacted]) I now believe they would not be helpful in caring for new plants.
