Paver Brick patio poorly installed 2014, the installation came with a 3 year warranty. Portions of the top step have fallen off creating a hazard/risk for the home owner. Business Owner was notified of installation issues in the Spring of 2014 and to date has not addressed the issues. A letter was also sent to the owner on Oct. 1, 2014 with no response. The owner was paid in full for an unsatisfactory installation. There are many other issues that need to be addressed.
