Review: I had issue with the boiler in my house. On zone was not heating, pipes made noise and discharge valve was leaking water. I called Casita Caliente to have them look into this issue. A technician came, made an assessment of the problem and recommended to relocate thermostat, and replace discharge valve and expansion tank. We explained that there was no reason to relocate thermostat since this setup has been working fine for the last 10 years. He replaced the expansion tank and valve. the leak stopped but the heat and informed that issue was resolved. I checked and the problematic zone was heating again. Next day I learned that he had out the zone valve in manual which made the boiler to stay on at all times. I called him and explained and he told me that to fix this problem he will be charging me extra since his was a different problem. He charged us US500.00 to replace expansion tank and valve.We stupidly paid him in cash and he gave us an invoice with no letterhead or phone number.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and make other people aware of that [redacted] is not a genuine business.
