HHHunt / Honeywood Apartments filed an unlawful detainer against you for unpaid rent and damages. On 1/31/2011, we received a judgment. The principal amount of the judgment was $1,058.32. Court costs were $and we were awarded 6% interest from the day of the
judgment. We pursue all parties on the lease when a balance is due. However, our leases hold residents jointly and severally liable, so we have the right to try to collect from one person or all parties on the lease. We never received any payment for the judgment, so we have exercised our legal right to garnish wages.
