Review: I purchased an Amber mini luggage bag on Jun [redacted] and returned it on the second day. I did not see money transact back to my credit card. So I consulted the sale associate, and I was told the money can only be returned as store credit. However, at the time of purchase, I was not informed any words of "store credit". I was given the receipt ans asked to sign, but at the time I wasn't be informed about the policy, either. I asked the sale associate that can I return it if I change my mind, he told me I can as long as it's within 7 days. Nevertheless, when I returned the product, he said he has told me about the policy and cannot return $2800 back. I'm certain that I did not receive the information because if I did, I wouldn't make the purchase in the first place. I've given the store opportunities by sending emails about this unpleasant experience to store manager, however, I receive no responses, which is very disappointing. As a consumer, I felt I was deceived and being played around by their business tricks. I also believe that the primary obligations of sale associate is making consumers understand the company's policy and providing satisfying services, not just blindly promoting products.Desired Settlement: I expect the store to return $2800 back to my credit card that I used.
