My Name is Simon Nguyen the manager & owner of Vivian's nails. I just had received a letter from your office regarding a patrons complaint. I have never received any phone call from the complainant regarding her broken nails. We do have an open fix free to all clients policy. We fix any nails no...
matter if it's our fault or not. The above person complaining in this matter is from California. I called the phone that your office gave me on the paper, but nobody answer. So again I have no knowledge regarding the broken nails from this person at all. I do understand that sometimes a person can break her nails under many circumstances, like open car doors, or open soda can, or any other reason, but if she come, we will fix it no paid. So please look into this matter. We dont mind refund the money to the client but it has to be within a legitimate reason. Once the service is rendered, the clients are supposed to pay for that service. Again the complainant did not call me or contact me in person regarding her broken nails. If you do not believe my side of the story tell her to bring a phone conversation with me to prove her side of the story. Thank you for your concern in this matter.
