Hi.we usually give to all customers 1year warranty unless physical damage.so from customers complain I see that they telling screen popping out and other problems.we would like to get this phone and fix all problems.if customer cant come but still wants money we  want phone sent us we take out...

parts back and refund money back.it is very expensive screen we cant refund money without getting our part.if we refund every customer we cant be in business.also we need receipt atteched also so we make sure it is from our shop. our adress is :master fix[redacted]if they dont want ship they can schedule date and time when they can come in store we will be glad to take care issue.thanks

They refused to listen to me and started causing a scene and he start using "F" word in front of multiple costumer.If they listen that time I was gonna offer them change screen with 50% off (like pay for parts) but just screem and cause problem that point I just told them ": I'm not able to help you guys" which is not able to change free after they broke screen I will offer them 50% off I will put new screen best I can do for them ist not covered under warranty after screen broke, thank you. [redacted]Cell Ace

Review: I took my [redacted] IPhone 5 64GB to the kiosk to have the housing replaced. The phone was in perfect working order when I dropped it off. When I picked the phone up, I could not get cell service on my phone, the owner tried to fix it and when he couldn't he put the phone back together, charged me $60 and told me I had to figure it out myself. He took zero responsibility even though the phone was in perfect working order when I dropped it off. He refused to figure out the issue and told me I was responsible for figuring it out.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the phone that was broken. A [redacted] IPhone 5 64GB.

Review: I brought my IPAD to Cell Ace to have the cracked screen repaired. After collecting the device, I noticed that the front button on my iPAD did not fit properly in the screen and was very uneven. I also noticed that there was more damage done the my IPAD than was originally there. I returned to Cell Ace the following day to ask that the IPAD be fixed properly. I literally had to plead my case for almost 30min before they would agree to take it back. During this conversation the associate belittled my concerns by stating that "it wasn't a big deal," he also lied about the state of the IPAD and claimed that there was nothing that they could do. I was told that if I wanted the IPAD fixed I would have to pay again, meaning that I would have to pay the fee of $150.00 plus tax for them to correct what their mistake. When I refused to do so, they said that while fixing it, if the screen gets damaged, I would have to pay. Again, I refused. Finally they agreed to "fix" it for free. I was told to come back the following day at 3pm. At 3pm the IPAD was not ready, I was told to come back at 8pm instead. When I collected the IPAD for the second time, the associate handed it to me smudged and not clean, button was fixed but I noticed that the screen was cracked. Again I handed them the IPAD again to have it "fixed". During this incident the associated laughed and spoke in their native language to each other. I was then told to come back the following day to collect it. Because I was preparing to travel, a family member collected the IPAD for me, when it got home I noticed that the screen was not properly place and was lifting off the device. She also told me that when she collected the device the associates inappropriately joked with her by asking if we were [redacted] because we didn't want to pay again. I'm now stuck with an ipad with a faulty screen. I could not bring it back for "fixing" because I had to travel the next day for school.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $162.19, and would also like others to know about the type of service they may receive from this business. This entire experience was daunting and very stressful. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.
