OCT6th 2015Dear [redacted] Response to your letter dated 9/21/as " customer named [redacted] requested to replace 5s cracked screen and frame of the cell phoneMy technician repaired both items and charged $for parts and laborAfter repaired she wanted us to repair GPSWhich was not under repair contractWe told the customer the GPS was a network issue and contact her cell phone providerWe clearly mentioned her if your carrier cannot fix the issue then there is a problem with motherboardWe save the device in working condition she then left to her New Year partyThen she came back complaining that cell phone is not turning onAfter diagnosed by technician phone was damaged the back side glass was cracked and frame was dentedOur goal is to keep our customer, so I told her we would take a look at it for herAfter three different technicians looked at the device, replacing the Battery, LCD, and Frame the phone still did not turn back onAt this point I called the customer told her about the phone that her motherboard was damaged and not repairableI called and told her that her phone is here to pick up but she never came back to pick up.Our business policy is clearly saying that any item left here more than days store is not responsible for customer property. It is clear that when she knew the motherboard is died this mean technically cell phone is dead and worth nothing that is the reason she never bother to call and pick it up.We repaired what we promised to customer but she had other issues wanted to be covered in the same amount charged. Our policy here does the best to make customer happyUnfortunately this kind of customer is not fair for themselves and others.I hope, that I have explained very wellOther wise you may contact me for further discussion.Regards;FERHAN M

was not under repair contract. We told the customer the GPS was a network issue and contact her cell phone provider. We clearly mentioned her if your carrier cannot fix the issue then there is a problem with motherboard. We save the device in working condition she then left to her New Year party. Then she came back complaining that cell phone is not turning on. After diagnosed by technician phone was damaged the back side glass was cracked and frame was dentedOur goal is to keep our customer, so I told her we would take a look at it for her. After three different technicians looked at the device, replacing the Battery, LCD, and Frame the phone still did not turn back on. At this point I called the customer told her about the phone that her motherboard was damaged and not repairable. I called and told her that her phone is here to pick up but she never came back to pick up.Our business policy is clearly saying that any item left here more than 90 days store is not responsible for customer property. It is clear that when she knew the motherboard is died this mean technically cell phone is dead and worth nothing that is the reason she never bother to call and pick it up.We repaired what we promised to customer but she had other issues wanted to be covered in the same amount charged. Our policy here does the best to make customer happy. Unfortunately this kind of customer is not fair for themselves and others.I hope, that I have explained very well. Other wise you may contact me for further discussion.Regards;FERHAN M
