I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution
is not satisfactory to me. Cell Docs contacted me via telephone and left a phone message for me to come into the store for a refund of $cash and $store credit, totaling the $that I paid for the repair, and also an apology. Upon returning to the store, I received an apology and the $cash and $store credit. While searching for items to buy using the store credit, I was told I needed to give back the partially working scrren that they had put on my phone, which caused the confusion in the first place. I was then told that they no longer had my original screen, but would give me a different screen that would work better than my orginial, but his screen was chipped in the corner. I told the employee that if he did not have the original screen that he had taken off my phone I did not want a screen that was in need of repair and off of the phone of someone else. The employee said I had to give back the $cash because he could not let me keep the partially working screen, which had caused the issue in the first place, and receive a refund. I then gave the cash back and the items I purchased with the $credit. The employee allowed me to keep the items purchased with the $credit as some sort of gift for my time. My phone is still not repaired in which I paid Cell Doc $to repair. I believe I only received an apology and an attempt to rectify the situation because I contacted the Revdex.com and mall management. The employee asked me to contact the Revdex.com, and make them aware that he fixed the situation. I did not reply and then left the store. While at the store, I did accept his apology
