There was a holiday backlog with our supplier and multiple attempts were made to notify all customers.  The suppliers worked through the issue and it was rectified.  Our site provides multiple ways to get a live person.

This client was extremely difficult from the beginning.  They approved orders multiple time and then sent them back after the order was on the production schedule they would put in a change.  This client received all product and was satisfied.  At the end of the last order we told the...

client we would send them blank goods but would not do business with them as a decorator.  The client was upset that we informed them that we would no longer offer decoration services to them due to the difficulty of working with them.  We were more than willing to offer them blank products to have decorated locally.
