Review: I bought through one of [redacted] sellers a iPhone 4s , it was sold and shipped good bye Cell Phone . It was bought under a NEW CONDITION SELL: 500 DOLLARS PURCHASED PADI GOOD BYE CREDIT CARD.

IT ONLY HAD A 14 DAY WARRANTY . I DO NOT LIVE IN THE US SO I LEFT THE COUNTRY AND 4 MONTHS AFTER USING IT, IT BROKE DOWN. I HAD TO BRING IT HER TO [redacted], just to find out that the whole phone wa not new. It was already used , all of its parts were fake, and old.

[redacted] store did not wanted to get it fixed nor to tough it.

I started filling my complaints with [redacted] who said they were not responsible sand to fight with the seller.

The seller said I was off warranty and could not do anything about it. I have fought so hard that the send me an email saying that they wanted the phone back so they could verify the damage and replace the phone. This was in may 2014. since june they are telling me they are on their way to ship the Iphone. I am sick and tired of sending mails, and having phone conversations with this people and no one responda. Finally a Costumer service representative sent me an email saying she was shipping the iphone with Fedex , even sent me a tracking number. The package has not been picked up good bye FEDEX it;s not a real fedex number!! it is incredible , I have complain again with [redacted] !! what can I do , just loose the 500 dollars I paid this people!!

Who do I complain to??? I want my cash back , I think this business is a Fraud, a rip off place! I can not believe [redacted] work with type of people!!! I want some one to give me may money back I don not want a phone from this people because I bet you it is going to be a fraud.
