While replacing cracked glass the internal workings of the phone was damaged and the phone no longer works. Phoned the store on Monday 4/20/15 and asked it they could replace the cracked glass on the front of my phone, they said they could that I needed to come in and pay cash for them to order the part. I did that went to the store that same day and paid $160. cash. I went back on Friday 4/24/15 after they phoned to let me know the part was in. They told me they cut some of the internal parts of the phone when replacing the cracked glass front. The phoned no longer works. They kept my phone and gave me a "loaner" an older, beat up phone. Told me to come back the next day, Saturday, 4/25/15 and they would have it fixed. I did return and they said the had received the wrong part and had reordered the correct part. It would take about ten days for it to arrive. I went back to the store on 5/5/15 since I had heard nothing from them to find out the part was out of stock. I returned their "loaner" phone to them and got my broke phone. They refuse pay for the phone and or refund my monies. On approx. May 21 they told me they had found the part and it was coming on a ship from China. This ship with the part has still not arrived and they still refuse to pay for my phone or reimburse me for the monies I paid them. They refuse to do anything and say they are waiting on the part and will only repair the phone when it arrives as of today 6/13/15. My phone cost $249., it is a [redacted] for which I make monthly payments to the [redacted] store. Desired SettlementI would like to be compensated for the price of my broken phone and the $160. Since I put the transaction date in my original compliant I can only assume they do not adequate records of their transactions or they would have this.......I am confused about the Revdex.com requirment to accept or not accept this response ?? In accepting does it appear that I that this is some kind of solution? The business requesting I provide them a receipt for the wrong done to my phone is not a solution to me.....Final Business Response Based on our store repair policies that are outlined in the attached receipt that is provided by the consumer, if a repair fails during the warranty period, our sole remedy is to perform the same repair again, there are no refunds on repairs.The customer may arrange to bring in the phone for repair. Cell Phone Doctors agrees to let the Revdex.com coordinate a date for the consumer to bring in the phone for repair.

Flicks of light on iPhone screen after repair. Warranty not honored and I was accused of getting moisture on phone which had been in otter box. Phone returned before 90 days and was not exposed to moisture.
