(The consumer indicated
he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I took my car from the shop Wednesday, April 13, @ approximately 4:10? I had made numerous calls to the shop and was told they needed more time, they promised they would fix it, they didn't know what was wrong ectMy vehicle had been there since 8:amWhen I picked it up, my vehicle was shaking really badI had my daughter to follow me to another shopI have documentation from this shop saying the codes to my vehicle were goneThe new shop had to reset my codes in order to tell what was wrong
Midas made my vehicle worstI don't know why they are saying I am satisfied with MidasI am even more upset that they would claim they took care of the problemNo, another shop fixed what they didn't have a clueMy vehicle was in the new show Wednesday night, Thursday, FridayThey were close Saturday and SundayI received my fixed car which cost me *** plus I had to rent a car again to get to work not to mention the time off from work and the great deal of inconvenient this has cause meThe horrible things Midas put me through gas leak, oil leak, erasing the codes, renting a car several days missing time off work, embarrassment , all the stress
I Don't know how Midas could think taking my vehicle there four times and leaving worst than I came in each time makes me satisfied*** not only left work, but wouldn't admit the mechanic didn't know what to do
NO I was never satisfied with the serviceI would be satisfied if they pay me back for All the repairs the other shop had to do , the rental cars, time off from work, the cleaning the stains off my garage floor, and for Putting my life in Danger
I have anxiety when I get in my vehicle

When this customer brought this car in for service, it was already leaking gas.
It was also leaking brake fluid. In order to inspect the brake lines, we needed to remove the cover that protects both the fuel and brake lines.
When we did so,...

the fuel lines were just crumbling and the area around the line was drenched with gas.
The vehicle needed the fuel line replaced before we even looked at the car, and the customer was aware of that. Our inspection did not cause the need for any additional repair beyond that which was already needed. For these reasons, we will not absorb any costs for this repair.
