She had a cracked screen and some problem where typing was difficult.( wrong letters popped up)We replaced the screen, she called a few days later with the same issueWe replaced it again, even though it was chipped, and I told her to go to the [redacted] store about the typing issueShe called me again a few days later saying she wanted a refundWe told her no and she came in and we replaced the screen a third timeShe refused to go to the [redacted] store stillNow she wants her money backWe will not refund as we feel the issue is more than the screen, but she will not go to the [redacted] store

I did go to the *** Store, they told me they could tell the screen was not from them and that there was nothing they could do but charge me for a screen that works properlyThe screens I was given from this company I made this complaint on all showed signs of defects the same day they were installedThe installer was informed each time, and after three defective screens I think it's only fair my money be returned as the constant replacements cost me gas and too much time! There's nothing about my experience that tells me this problem can be solved by ANOTHER replacementA small it is, I did have to pay another company for a working screenI haven't hadn't a problem with their product, so either the installation or product received before hand (with this company involved) were undeserving of my $After all the time spent on this matter, nothing other then a full refund will suffice.Regards,*** ***

Now she wants her money back. We will not refund as we feel the issue is more than the screen, but she will not go to the [redacted] store.
