Hello my name is [redacted] I am the owner of the Cell Phone Rockstars I revived a letter stating there was a complaint made by a customer about their account with me the customers name is [redacted] We Have a cell phone repair store he brought his phone in to have the LCD ( Screen ) of his phone fix due to it being broken and also he wanted the phone to be unlocked ( so he could use a different carrier )He did not want to pay the full amount for new part cost and wanted to make a " Deal" with usWe told him okay we will charge him a bit less if he could give us a few weeks to get the parts for him witch he agreed so he paid a total of $for his LCD and $for the unlock [redacted] was upset that It did take a bit longer then we thought for his phone to be ready but he DID come and pick up his phone on 04/8/and then after he sent in the complaintI will attach a copy of the in store receiptI will also include our store policy

I am rejecting this response because: we have not received the phone Abraham gave us old phone back stating we were getting whole brand new one. That's what we are waiting for because all u did was give us back the same broken phone n promises for complete brand new one. We even paid additional amount asked we have receipt from Jan with owner your husband Abraham
