Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11847952, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I am completely flabargadted by this responseI can only say the description of what occurred is a complete fabricationI used no foul language, I did not threaten the staff, I did not prevent the company from inspecting the unit, I was not asked to leave the unit for it to be inspected, I did not threaten to call the police Furthermore I take no exception to the companies warranty policy I just don't see this issue has been inconsistent with it The warranty policy says it will not cover the cracked screen if it's due to malicious or accidental damage which is not the case in this instanceI was clearly annoyed and expressed my concerns and within a couple of minutes I resalzed the company was not going to resolve the matter I told the staff person I would argue the point with him further and I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com

When *** came to our location yesterday 11/28/we informed him of our warranty policiesOur warranty policies clearly states that we do not cover any physical damage to the deviceAs per the customers claim he states he did not drop the device the glass began to crack
by itselfWe tried to politely explain to the customer our warranty policy and the customer became irate and refused to listen and demanded that we fix his device for free, despite the physical damageThe customer began using foul language and insisted that we do what he says and began to threaten us if we did not by stating he would call the police and threaten to sue us and provide negative reviewsDespite the disrespect endured unnecessarily my team is still instructed to their job in accordance to company policies, harassing and disrespecting is uncalled forWe maintain a high level of professional and made every effort to calm the customer down and explain the warranty policyThe customer began to take pictures of us with our consent
Our warranty policy is also clearly place out our check out booth so and explained to each and every customer before purchase and after purchaseAs stated by the customer that the screen propagated and the home button got stuck why would he not bring it in for warranty replacement and wait for the device to crack? How can we verify the propagated screen is and stuck home button is not a result of impact damage to the deviceThe customer refused to let us inspect his device thoroughly to determine if it was an installation errorIt does not take two weeks to figure out if there was an Installation errors of a screen on our part it something you can tell immediately within the first one to three days, but the customer waited two weeks for the device to condition to get worse? Furthermore the customer states that we have a day warranty it is clear that the customer ignored to read and listen to our warranty policy that is posted at our check out stand. Before we could even offer the customer a proper resolution he left upset as my team did their job within company policiesI am happy to fix and resolve the issue for the customer with a written public apology for insulting and disrespecting our staff, and rectifying the negative review left with the honest truthWe stand behind our work and pride our selves on integrity and the quality of our work, we're in business to help and educate our customers
