I do have my receipt, we never talked about a receipt,, and I called the following day and again I also told the person over the phone I do not drive that far he said oh I must have not connected the speaker, I also can not hear SiriMy phone screen was cracked but everything worked whe he opened my phone he did not put it back correctly,, my camera works sometime and other times notI can not believe the company wants to put a crack screen onto get my refund I can not trust him to open my phone and again not connect it correctly, I work hard for my income please HELP Thank you

The customer came to use for a screen repair on her [redacted] and [redacted]. Upon opening her device there was residual damage to her device internally that prevented her backlight to operate correctly. We repaired the backlight issue for her for free at no the additional charge. We aslo gave her a...

discount on both her [redacted] screen repair and her [redacted] repair. We provided the customer with a loaner phone as well to use while we were repairing and resolving the issues on her [redacted]. The customer had the device repaired 08/09/16. She has recently filed a complaint stating that there are non functioning symptoms after she has been using it for some time now. She refuses for us to look at the device and resolve the issues to validate her claim as  we offer a life time warranty on our work we stand behind our work. She sent us an email requesting for a refund I requested for proof of purchase to validate her purchase she refused to send me the purchase, am not able to process a refund with out a receipt. The customer and I have spoken over the phone and over text message, she been insulting, rude and extremely disrespectful and began to threaten us if we did not comply with her request the way she wanted it. We did not refuse to refund, she has has refused to accept a refund. The customer paid for goods and services we told her in order to process the refund we need the parts back and we can replace it with a cracked screen which is what you paid for. Despite being insulted, threatened and disrespected we are still willing to help her. We also offered her a partial refund because she refuses to return the parts back to us and she has also refused this. The facts are that the customer does not have her receipt to verify her proof of purchase, the customer will not allow us to inspect her device to validate the non functioning symptoms, the customer refuses for us to process a refund in accordance with our company policy and has refused a partial refund. We have been very patient and very understanding to help the customer and fix the customers device and issues at no additional charge and that has been refused. Hello We contacted the customer yesterday as per the customers request we worked out an amicable solution and the customer has stated that she will be coming to our location to have her issue resolved.
