Dear Sit /Madam,This is in response to complaint with ID [redacted]. We have no records of a refund on the Galaxy 56 Device. When the customer was asked about the refund paper work, she said she was not given any paper work. When asked did you get money back for the phone, she said she did...
not think that she needed money back.Upon further investigation, we found out that [redacted] was in a relationship with a former employee that worked for Cell Phones for Less and she has given him the phone outside of our premises. After a dispute between the two, [redacted] is blaming our company for the phone, which we never received back and have no refund records in our database. Mrs. has no refund receipts for the phone and we have no records of a refund on that phone in our database. We are providing details on our records for [redacted] account with us, which shows no refunds vs another customer who conducted a refund transaction with us.The police has been contacted and are investigating this incident.Unfortunately, without a refund receipt or before the police concludes their investigation, we are unable to offer any help in this matter.

internal memory.The third device had 8 gb internal memory. As they were deciding which device to get and helping her with her phone she brought in, she then said she wanted the cheapest device. At that time it would have been the 8gb internal memory device. She then said she would take two of them.l begin to activate the two devices she was purchasing and also her own device she brought in. Her total for both devices were $107.99 a piece.Customer then leaves the store. [redacted] called me about 3 hours after leaving saying she wanted 16 gb internal memory phones not 8 gb I then apologized and told her if she came back to the store I will give her 2 free 16 gb memory cards and refund the cases for her but she may keep the cases due to the confusion. She said no that she wanted 16 gb internal memory devices, I said I have other devices that were an extra $50.00 a piece difference, She said ok I am sick right now but I will be back in tomorrow to change the devices out. When [redacted] and her Husband came back in the next day, her husband was not only disrespectful but she was screaming in my face while other customers were in my store, I asked him to please stop yelling in my face and that I spoke with [redacted] the day prior and she agreed to the difference but had a change of heart when she came in. I explained I can not give a more expensive device unless they paid the difference. I offered the customer a "Full" refund on both devices they bought and they wouldn't take my refund at first and demanded a free upgrade. After going back and forth for about 10 minutes [redacted] and her husband then took the "Full" refund and left my store yelling that I was bad customer service and they would never come here again.! called owner An as Almaletti and he contacted [redacted] and apologized for the confusion and said if you comeback to his store Amanda will give you back the first phones with 8 gb internal memory with addition of two free 16 gb memory cards, 2 free cases and also 2 free screen protectors.
