Hello,
This is the reply for the complaint that was filed 5/8/2014. ID [redacted] brought in her iPhone 5c for a cracked screen repair. We had her fill out a paper (Repair Agreement). She fully filled it out with no problem, she asked if there was an additional $45 dollar fee for the repair... I said, "No, the only way you would pay the $45 is if you decide not to repair your device in the middle of the operation." "Okay." was her response. She showed me a Groupon that she purchased for the repair, but unfortunately the Groupon was only for the iPhone 5, not the iPhone 5s or iPhone 5c.. She was a little bit upset but I told her I could honor the price if it was just the screen. I, then, specifically told her I was going to have my technician take a look at it & put it in the hot plate & she said okay. Not ever did she say "Give me back my phone". I went to the technician room to check on her phone and he told she was going to need an LCD on her phone. I then explained to her that it wasn't just the screen that needed to be repaired, but her LCD as-well because there was black lines on her phone display. I told her the price for an LCD combo which was $227.00, she said no. I then told her she had to pay a $45 flat labor fee because I had it evaluated & was put in the hot plate for a diagnostic. She lost control and demanded her phone. I even had my manager try and speak to her, but she wouldn't remain calm. "I'm going to call the police if you don't give me back my phone!" she yelled, I told her that the cops wouldn't be able to do anything because she signed the Repair Agreement. She began to bang her hands on the show cases scratching one of my hands. I told her to step outside because she was causing a disturbance to my costumers. She went outside and later on the police arrived.
The police said because she signed the paper she would need to pay her $45 labor fee. To be nice to her and cause no more issues with her, my manager suggested only paying half and he would pay the other half. She said she would only pay on credit card... Our preference is no credit cards, only cash or debit. She said she will be back and she never did. She left her iPhone 5c here. We're still waiting on her, her phone is safe with us. She can come and get her phone back when she pays her labor fee.

Thank you.
