Review: I purchased a battery from them for my phone yesterday. Their battery did not work in my phone. My phone was still dead after numerous hours of me charging it. They have defective batteries which they sold to me and stated that they do not give refunds. I attempted to have this issue resolved today, but the store was closed. I arrived at 130pm there was a sign saying that they would be back by 2. I called the number posted outside and instead of the employee saying that we will fix your issue or Im sorry that youre having this problem. She said well whats wrong with the battery, why isnt it working. She did not even offer to do an exchange or refund. She then stated that she did not know when an employee would be back in the store. I waited around until approximately 2:10-2:15pm and no one arrived at the designated time posted on their window. They should revise their refund policy because items sold in their store are defective and do not work.Desired Settlement: A full refund for the battery I purchased
