Review: My husband ordered merchandise from this company on 1/27/14. It was not received and the company will not respond. He is paying for this from his inmate account and given what I have seen now on the web it appears this company is preying on individuals who are incarcerated knowing they have limited ability to contact the company regarding dissatisfaction. The total charges were $52 (earned at $.50/hour) and delivery was promised in 2 weeks. It has been 5. I have emailed the company several times. No response.Desired Settlement: I would like the money returned to my husband at the [redacted]

Review: First order was 11-4-13 check number [redacted] for $122.98 The order was for two items. A dozen roses which we received but we did not receive the 2nd item which was the Swan Soul Mate Combo

Second order was 12-17-13 check number [redacted] for $105.43. The items were a Golden Gift Basket and an Expressviley Yours Insprirational Bracelet and Affection Kit. No items were not received.

My finance has emailed the address on the website ([redacted]) on this issue three times already. I have written the company with no response. I don’t understand why no one will get back to us.Desired Settlement: At this point please just send the money back. [redacted]

Review: On behalf of my step-son who is incarcerated in [redacted]. [redacted] Inmate number[redacted], ordered flowers to be delivered to his girl-friend at [redacted] in November 2013. His order was processed in December 2013 for Delivery within three to four weeks. His Girl-Friend states that she never received the flowers. I have sent e-mails to the company regarding this to no avail.Desired Settlement: Funds returned to my Step-Son's Account with the [redacted]; his name and number will get funds to him

Review: I am incarcerated at [redacted] I ordered a necklace gift for my wife on Nov. 20, 2013 the money was taken out of my acct. And the check has been cashed still she has not received the merchandise it was to be sent to [redacted] my wife emailed them about 6 weeks ago and 12 days later they responded stating they were working on the problem it appears the item was out of stock and they were looking for another distributor but still nothing she has emailed them twice since then and has not had any response. When I ordered the necklace it said 2-4 weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like my wife to receive the merchandise or I would like my account credited I would like an update to how much longer I have to wait.

The order was never received. Attempts were made to contact the company at the advertised phone listing, no answers or return calls.Desired Settlement: We would like a complete refund for lack of delivery.

Review: My husband ordered from this companies catalog sending them a green check from [redacted] on 11/21/13 for $102.77. Per this companies website it states it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks after payment is received. Well considering it's been almost 2 months after payment made there is still no delivery made. I have no way to contact this business. No email address or phone number anywhere. I would just like to find out if they plan on sending whatever he order or just give him a refund.
