Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Cell2get.com, you are correct on the time frame and that you informed me I could return the phone, but within days, not However, you leave out the detail that you would not cover shipping for the return and that you had also assured me that the phone was covered under the Samsung warranty (SEE ATTACHMENT)This was a major determinant in my decision to just bite the bullet and accept a used phone, made evident from the charge count (SEE ATTACHMENT), despite your claims of it being new and opened for unlocking purposes (SEE ATTACHMENTS).Your offer to fix the phone and send a shipping label is a small step in the right direction but unfortunately it doesn't match the promises made by you that warranted the transaction from my endYou say you'll fix it "under warranty" but this is some vague warranty that you're creating under the circumstances that don't have any terms and seemingly aren't up to par with what I would be offered from Samsung since you have to make an exception to cover my shippingWith the Samsung warranty the phone would be out of my possession for days maximumAlthough your time frame for how long I would be without a phone hasn't been stated yet I think it's safe to assume you would not provide this turn-time in your offerAs well, even if you did, it would not change the fact that you falsely sold me a used phone and tried to cover it up by saying it was opened for unlocking purposes that I had never requested.It for these reasons that I feel my complaint has still not been resolved and would like to re-request a refund in full with a shipping label.Sincerely, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I was told I had days to return for a refundNever did George tension a restocking.fee upon return Whatis.the.company warranty? George stated all their phones have amonth warranty What are the shipping options to get the phone? George stated they offered next day service that would cost me $ [redacted] Or it would take to days.to arrive regular shipping I needed it next day I didnt.recieve the product for days at which time I had to sign for it There was never any discussion about a restocking charge I have been treated very rudely and disrespectfully throughout this entire issue I do not want another unlocked phone with the experiences I have.had with this.company the issue has never been about the operating.system I have had both Android and iPhone operating system The issue is.real clear This phone has issues with.it.right from the beginning Straighttalk tech support spent.several hours with me on separate occasions to try and fix the problem It was their professional opinion that there.was.and.is.a.serious problem with this particular phone and.they.advised I send.it.back, because there will always be an.issue with this.cell phoneThe main problem was several of my clients could not reply or initiate any text communications to me,but I could text to them Yet some of.my other clients had.no problem replying or initiating a text communication to me Just to be fair we had a.couple of my clients phone checked with Straighttalk tech support It was determined there were no conflicts with their phones that would cause this It has never worked properly since day The idea that I'm being.forced to get charged a restocking fee for a damaged phone or take another phone in exchange is crazy All they're ding is taking me for anything goes they can.to at least make something off me is wrong Their business practices that I have experienced makes me not trust them with another unlocked phone This phone came to me poorly packaged, several items were missing that should have been with the phone The items are my bill of sale, the owners manual and ear plugs accessory to use with phone This clearly brings into question that it was not a.complete phone package that I paid for The way I.see it, their issues are not with me, no Their issues.are.witb their.product quality and.probably more with the shipper of this product, not me The way it was.packaged could have been.damaged in.the.shipping process The package did not appear protected enough to ship it [redacted] without getting good tossed and jarred around Packaging is still in my possession.IIn closing I feel I have been dealt a very unethical manner of doing good business with a damaged product before it's final destination action As well as I have lost in excess of $2,and counting I still feel a full refund is.do me, especially since this purchase was direct to a sales person and not via Internet purchase They were ask all essential questions regarding what they want to use to argue their case No one informed me of a restocking get charge If that would have been.told me thar, I would have declined ed the.sale and went some where else In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Helloas stated in our previous messages our return policy clearly stated for days you received the phone almost a year agoplease be adviseas stated in our policy the phone is warranty thru the manufacturer onlywe try to help you as much as we can as a courtesyat this point we unable to provide refund of any kindplease contact Samsung directly if you need any repairs to your phone

the item clearly stated refurbished on-line we reach out to the customer and advise him that he can send it back for a refund minus a restocking fee the customer agreed and returning the phone

the phone was delivered over month ago our return policy stated days as a courtesy to the customer we trying to help her we received the phone and we send out for repair should be back by June ***
