We apologize for any dissatisfaction that was felt, we went out of our way to assist ***When we met I, *** discounted her rate to hourly instead of the hourly rate due to her financial situation at the time, and yes we had trouble with consistency of employees, this does not
usually happen but it did in this caseThere was confusion with times the first couple of weeks because *** changed some hours and at one time was out of townOn two occasions we had people call in I, *** personally called *** and she stated no one needed to come she would work from home, and yes the email was written down incorrectly, however we were sending someone weekly and had numerous contact via text message and if you were not getting a weekly invoice would it not be mentioned to find out why, the contract states she would be billed every MondayThere was a caregivers husband at ***'s house this is not acceptable and a rule however *** learned the caregivers husband was a handyman and had asked him to come quote a price for workThe paperwork, I personally sent to *** and a second itemized statement was sent to *** no care-notes were sent with this statement, and yes when *** was called by bookkeeper she did call her by *** our client her mother, which we apologize forWe feel the account balance should be paid in full We can credit the day the husband was there and come to an agreement concerning the dissatisfaction, however we do not feel that warrants $1500., but all other times someone was there and she is at a discounted rate already We have paid $to our caregiver then adding our tax burden & overhead on top of that we did not make any profit from herWe tried to help her This is our 6th year and 2nd complaint we strive to provide excellent caregivers & for some reason we just did not find the right fit for *** *** and *** We do want to provide excellent service through out all our years of service and hope that to be a very long time
