Cellairis location(s) in northeast WI are absolutely unprofessional and rudeEverytime I have gone to one, they lie about how good the products areAnd in a Green Bay location, while I was cashing out, one guy who appeared to be the boss, name was ***; called his employee [redacted] and [redacted] ! Made her cry Infront of us customersI have no reasons to give them anymore of my money
I had brought iPads with broken screens here within about a week periodMy 1st iPad when I came to pick it up had a piece of foam between the screen and LCD, the guy told me it would be a pain in his *** to fix or he'd give me $offRight after he said that the screen started freaking out and he stated he'd have to redo the screenI took a walk and came back later to him cussing and saying he broke the LCD and he was pissed because it was coming out of his paycheck (which I understand completely) but the means of cussing to a customer about it was uncalled forHe said it'd take a week, it took Cool, fine, they gave us a deal on both iPadsBut when it came time to pick up the 2nd iPad the manager brushed off him cussing and when I looked at the receipt the initial charge was $more than I was quoted which was also brushed off as "Oh well but you're still getting a deal." My "deal" was a few dollars less than the initial quoteI wish I could have dealt with the same lady I did when I dropped off my 1st iPad the whole time, she was friendly and courteousNot sure if we'd use their services again
