This email is in response to the letter from Revdex.com and the customer complaint received. I spoke to our technicians and they explained that the phone screen was replaced and the customer was asked to check the phone before she left. She checked the phone and was satisfied.The next day she came with...

other issues which may be internal or was caused by dropping the phone. We still took time and examined the phone for possible trouble shooting. Unfortunately we could not figured what the problems were. She claimed that the problems were caused by our technician.
Please see our policy attached, one of them was signed by the customer before we started to work on her cell phone. It is not part of our policy to give another phone. We always try our best to get our customer satisfaction, so we gave the customer one of our loaner phones, she checked the phone everything looked good. Customer was happy and left. The next day the customer came asked for another phone because she did not like the phone she said it is an older model. We are not a cell phone store, nor we have so many cell phones we sell cell phone accessories. We only have a few loaner phones, we give to our customer if the phone repair takes more than a few hours. Our technician tried to help her out and exchanged the phone with one she liked. The phone had a screen protector which had a small scratch at the bottom but still could protect the screen from breaking. Our technician suggested her to keep the screen protector the way it is if she does not want to buy a new one. She started to yell at our technician that you guys broke my phone and now want to give me a cracked screen protector. She was not asked to pay for screen protector but for the case only, which was a $40 case and she got a discount of $30 and paid $10. The screen protector is an accessory and it is removable, so it was removed. When she started to yell at our technician they showed her the policy to make sure she knows we helped her out.
The phone we gave her was working perfectly with no issues. She checked everything before she left. For our records we have everything recorded in our store security cameras.
We tried our best to help the customer out. We have no any other offer for the customer.
