Review: On Saturday May [redacted] I took my iPad to cellairis for them to repair the cracked screen. When I got home the same night I realized that the home button was not working, the mall was already closed so on Sunday May [redacted] I called the technician who did the repair. He was not at work on Sunday so asked me to come in on Monday and he would fix it. On Monday morning May [redacted] to my surprise there was a crack running through the iPad, even though I also paid for a glass screen protector to prevent the iPad from cracking again. I did not leave the house with the ipad since it was repaired and as a matter of fact did not use it when I realized that the home button was not working. My husband took the iPad back to the store on Monday May [redacted] as advised by the technician and he was told that they were not going to fix it unless he pays them 60.00. Although I was told that there was a 14 days warranty on the repair. It is unbelievable that a repair could go bad the very same day and the company is not willing to take responsibility. I no longer wish for them to repair the iPad. I just want my money backDesired Settlement: I would like a refund on my 152.41
