As customer states that we replaced the broken glass screen of her Galaxy phoneWe assure that replaced screen is working with no physical and electronic functional defect before customer leaves.> This customer had left the store with this satisfaction She returns few days later stating that her phone was kept on the table for overnight and in the morning she noticed the screen was severely cracked On inspection, phone we noticed that glass screen had multiple cracks all around the edges and multiple cracks in the center of the screenThis is clearly an act of negligence and abuse of use and an act of irresponsibility to take care of the property The following statement of customer, “I woke up wedMorning picked up phone and screen is cracked severelyIt was not dropped and nothing sat on it” How it can happen that you leave a glass screen phone for overnight and in the morning it shatters in multiple pieces without handling it for a use and dropping it? It is not a believable statement We only warranty our product for the defect in electronic function not for physical misuse and damage of the product But for customer satisfaction we offered to replace the screen with only cost price of the product with no installation chargesBut customer denied, and refused to take this offer As customer states that our receipt clearly says no refund on the products, she agreed to this at the time of purchase Thank You Cellaris At mall St Mathews, Shelbyville Rd Louisville, KY

This customer *** * *** didn't buy that phone from our store.She came to our Store to get her StyloScreen repaired, we didn't have that screen in stock and she was desperate to get that phone fixed on the same day,My manager *** tried to help her and told her another guy who works at
another store had the same type of phone and might be willing to sell it to herThey both went there, *** had a chat with that guy but he refused to sell that phone, *** convinced him to sell that phone to her because she needed it today,He agreed to sell it for $which was a very reasonable priceShe took hour there to check the phone was working fine and kept asking the questions like how long I will have the warranty for, What if I don't like itHe clearly told her this is my personal phone and I don't need to sell it so give me my phone back.She held on to that phone for hours and refused to give it back then finally she was willing to pay the price, She went to the ATM to get the cash, however, instead of $she came back with $110.She forcibly paid $to that guy, he got mad and told her to give him his phone back and he didn't want to sell it*** came again and told that guy to just take $because he was trying to make her happyShe told *** that she wanted her phone Screen fixed too, we tried to find the screen for stylo but we couldn'tShe kept texting *** about the new screen and he told her he is trying to find the screenShe kept texting *** and said she didn't like the phone and wanted her money back, the money that she gave to that other guy.Still *** texted her and told her to bring both phones and we will see what we can do for youShe never contacted him after that and then we got this letter from you.If she still wants her money back will pay her from my pocket but she needs to bring that phone back in the same condition without any type of damageThat's the best I can do for her.*** * ***Cellairis Mall StMatthews

Dear Sir/I have received your letter regarding Complaint ID: [redacted]Mr. [redacted] came to our **ore with his broken Iphone 5C screen to get it fix. We didn’t check beforehand if his phone was getting any service or not. We changed his phone’s screen and gave it back to him.After 15min he came...

back and told us his phone is not getting any service and we told him screens have nothing to do with service. We informed him that service is part of the motherboard and we don’t touch the motherboard while replacing the screen. However we **ill went ahead and checked every single connection, took the motherboard out and put it in a different phone to check may be any cable is bad but it didn’t change anything; the phone **ill wasn’t getting any service.We asked [redacted] if his phone was working before. He replied yes and also said he was attending calls on his way here. When we went through his call hi**ory, the sy**em showed his la** call was received about 21 hours before. When we told him about that he changed his words and said he was getting text. We told him text can also be received through Wi-Fi.Anyway we offered him another 5S used phone on discounted price or give his money back. There was nothing else we can do for him because the motherboard was having problems. He refused for the used phone and asked for refund, we obliged and gave him his money back.We have been in business since 2012 and never had any complaint like this. We deal with phones on daily basis and we are very careful about our work. A screen change doesn’t have anything to do with the motherboard so the only thing I can think of is that the phone didn’t have service even before it came to us. I hope this explain the situation to you.SincerelyMD Cellairis Louisville,KY

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.MD is not telling the truth in his response in which he **ates, "He replied yes and also said he was attending calls on his way here." Further, the **atement, 'When we told him about that he changed his words and said he was getting text" is also not true. As a man of principle, it is insulting to be called a liar, have my fully functional phone not work after the screen was replaced, then be urged to purchase their used phone featuring my previous phone's cracked screen. Then, on top of that, be told by the employee,  "There would be no repercussions for me because corporate doesn't care and I can walk away at anytime anyway." I'm disappointed with the lack of resolution, Cellairis' inability to tell the truth, and their characterizing me as a liar after they rendered my fully functional phone practically useless. I shouldn't be surprised though as this is the fourth Revdex.com complaint brought forth about Cellairis - [redacted] and they failed to respond in any manner to the la** two filed. This despite MD's assertion that, 'We have been in business since 2012 and never had any complaint like this." I encourage consumers, and will encourage friends/family, to review all complaints about Cellairis - **. [redacted], their inability to **and behind their work or make concessions for the damage they cause, then decide who in fact is telling the truth.
