Took our son's iphone to this business to get new screen put on. Cost was to be $85. Employee broke inside (mother board) of the iphone. We received word that the phone would be replaced with a new phone, and that the employee was bringing the phone to us personally. We live 1.5 hours away. I phoned on Tuesday, May 6, to be told that the phone was ready, charging, but she couldn't send it out until Thursday, because that is when she gets paid. Meanwhile, she's telling us that now we owe $85 for the first initial screen that they tried to put on. My issue is not with having to pay for the screen, but the phone we have received is not a new one; but a refurbished one that is not anywhere near the condition of the phone that they got in the first place that only needed a new screen.
