This customer came to me on a Friday, sometimes around 2 and had her screen replaced on an iPhone 6 (in black color). Unfortunately, at that moment I only had one white  color screens in stock, which had the original Apple components preassembled to it. With her and the husbands consent,...

they agreed to have the white screen installed instead of black.(which I did not have in stock). With there permission and inscription of there signature on a waiver form, which clearly states for me not to acknowledge any liability, I proceed to preform the repair. With Phone full in function we completed the transaction. Few hours later the husband retrieved back to the kiosk and stated the home button "Touch ID" is not recognizing his finger print. I told him it could be a software issue and restoring the phone might fix it and I also mentioned to call Apple Store maybe they can assist better. Around 6 pm, they both retuned and proposed and ultimatum, which violated our return policy. I had no option but to refuse the offer. So the scene escalate and they wanted to have authorities involved. I was willing to take the extra step and replace his original  components  back into his phone and remove mine, with no extra cost and which required labor and time. Ultimately that's what I did, and they filed a complaint. So they have to components back in the phone and I did my best to resolve the the situation.

[redacted]eplace my original phone components. He also had a black screen in stock but did not to take his time to repair my phone the correct way by removing my components from my broken screen and putting them on the new one. He save himself time and labor by misinforming me about the procedure in which he was to perform. Also, when I returned to his kiosk I asked for my original components back at which time he became angry telling me they're gone. I told him I had just talked to apple and only my button would work. When I got the authorities involved by calling the police, he grabbed a button from his bin with a dozen other buttons and put a black one in. He had already repackaged my camera, fingerprint touch home button, and lcd screen to resell. He sold me a screen that was used, not new. He told me this. My phones fingerprint Touch ID does not work and my asking for my component back and giving him his stuff did not violate the return policy. I wanted my stuff back and he refused me of my own personal property.
