Cellbreaker

Paid $320 to Cellbreaker to cancel my cell phone contract with [redacted] without early termination fees. Originally, Cellbreaker sent letters on my behalf to [redacted] and gave me the OK to port my numbers to another carrier. I subsequently received collection letters from an agency on [redacted]'s behalf requesting the payment of the ETF's. Cellbreaker's stated guarantee is that they handle all correspondence with collection agencies and carriers until the issue is resolved without payment of ETF's.It has now been 5 weeks with no response to multiple e-mails and posts to their multiple social media accounts. Despite maintaining an active presence, they ignore my messages and have not communicated with the collection agency at all. This experience was a complete scam where the company took my money and maintained a short facade of action while just moving on to the next victim.Product_Or_Service: BreakerAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementIn accordance with the guarantee, since my contract was not cancelled without ETF's, and to the contrary is now in collections with damage to my credit, I would like a refund of the $320 I paid for the service as well as the $750 I now need to repay to the collections agency to repair my damaged credit.The service was a complete failure, and the lack of a response shows that the company has no intentions of finishing the service I contracted them to perform.
