I am rejecting this response because:
    The statements made by this company are not correct. First, the item was not purchased through [redacted], it was purchased by debit card{[redacted] actually offers a 180 day refund/dispute resolution process, not 60 days}. Second, the attached documents will show the company approved the return of the item at this later date since I was working in Taiwan. Unfortunately, the shipping label I was sent  did not cover the inital cost of postage and the item was returned to my post office box and was remailed when I returned home.
