I brought my daughters phone in for a new battery. It took them over an hour to change it and when we got the phone back, they home button/keypad was broken. The *** called the *** and he told him to replace the screen and it would work fine. He replaced the screen and it was worse. We came back the next day and spoke with a woman claiming to be the ***. She said to give her an hour and they would fix it. They called after 2 hours and said they could not fix the phone. They were going to send it to Apple to fix. They told me they would provide me with a tracking number from Apple and Apple said there was a recall on the phone. Neither statements were true. We waited over a week for them to “fix” the phone. She gave me a sheet stating if they could not fix the phone, they would give us a new one. When we picked up the phone, it has been swapped out for another phone with a different serial number. We asked for the original phone back, but they kept saying that it was the same phone, it is not. This phone is dirty and gets hot when used. All we wanted was a new battery and they ruined the phone. We have been lied to repeatedly. The phone we have is not working correctly. When we asked for the Apple tracking number to verify Apple fixes it, they keep giving us the run around. They have been nothing but dishonest and then tried to charge us for “sending the phone to Apple” to have it repaired.
