When I called the person to discuss the situation she was unreasonable as well as VERY hostile.I explained the return procedure and she asked "Why are you calling me?" so I told her she asked me to call her! She is very HOSTILE and opened a [redacted] dispute which is ALREADY RESOLVED [redacted] did NOT mention we pay any return shipping as explained in [redacted] & OUR WEBSITEYou did not like the condition of the phones you pay for shipping back simpleShe did not understand this and Yelled Cussed and Hung Up the phone

We check each phone and confirmed this phone is good with ***therefore customer is still on possesion of the cell phone once she returns the phone she will be refundedwe have issued her a return authorization number and are waiting for the item to be returned at this time.WE DO NOT provide
return labels for working cell phones and have confirmed that the phone is able to be activated with *** directly

Kathy *** I am so tired of people lying,,,,they did hang up on me and never told me how to remove phone numbers being they couldn't being there was a security code on phone!!!

Customer has already sent back the unit and will be refunded once it arrives back to us

When you sent the serial ESN number I confirmed it to be good we are authorized dealers and know it's a good workingphone if you do not want the phone send it back we clearly explained all of this to you already

We offered details on how to remove all the old information and they refused to deal with itjust send it back for a refund as stated via emailWE NEVER HANG UP ON PEOPLE were you being rude or why would anyone hang up on you? it does not make sense,

look at return policy. this was explained to you as well... we never agreed to pay for return postage by phone or email. you yelled and hung up... [redacted] told you to send items back

I am rejecting this response because: As indicated before, the problem is that the website advertised a sale of new items, but the item received was old, used and non-working. If this is done in error (wrong item shipped or an honest error on the website), any honest business would take a responsibility and cover return cost. That was not done by the business owner hence I assume it was done intentionally to mislead a buyer. Further, this business owner keeps being rude and keeps lying - he called me and screamed at me, and I obviously wasn't interested to listen anyone's screams, so I obviously hang up. Further, he did send me an email with a word "mn", which I can forward at a request. This just proves this is a dishonest business which shouldn't be allowed to operate.
