Dave was paid for work at my house to remove a palm tree by my poolHe billed me and I paid his invoice in full, and he was supposed to return to finish the workHe has never returned after numerous attempts at resolving the issueDue to the damage the tree was causing my pool I had to have it removed by another company in the meantimeTherefore, a refund of the money paid is expectedHe has refused after speaking several times with him about the issue and after emailing the invoice as well as the cancelled check to him, as proof of payment and non work to his new secretary, I have still received nothing from Dave in the way of answering to this
