Review: I purchased a certified refurbished Canon T3i camera from Celltime on [redacted] that was reported to be functioning perfectly. From the first week of use, the sensor on the camera would temporarily malfunction. Initially, the duration of temporary malfunction was brief and tolerable. However, over time the sensor would remain dysfunctional for extended periods of time. When the sensor no longer spontaneously reverted back to functioning properly as it previously had, I contacted Celltime and was instructed to mail it back to them. I later found out that Celltime received my camera and sent it out to Canon for repair. After many weeks had gone by without a response or update regarding the status of my return, I contacted customer service and I was told there was nothing was known about the status of the repair. There were no efforts made to expedite the already prolonged turn-around time or to simply replace the defective product. I asked to speak with company managers on multiple occasions and was promised return calls but received none.Desired Settlement: I simply ask for the camera to be repaired quickly or have a replacement sent to me.

Received Canon Camera back from Customer on 7/**/13. I sent it out to be repaired and told customer it takes around 2-3 weeks to send-fix-and set it back from factory. I received the camera back on 8/*/13 and sent it back to the customer vbia UPS tracking [redacted] signature required.
