Cellufun sucks they only help certain people.I about had it with cellufun and I know alot of friends have had it too.my friends account was stolen justmesnowcrow and I emailed them because they werent helping her to get it back.I showed them proof her account was hacked.they just laughed.they are so unprofessional.im ready to hire a lawyer and sue them im so done then ill own cellufun and get rid of people who hack other people.she never gave her password out.she is a good person.I have known her 5 years.cellufun let these hackers have her account.she has been trying to get it back but cellufun doesnt help.they only help their friends.alot of people spent money on her and she is not happy these people have her account.no wonder I stopped spending money on cellufun because they are a joke.im sure our lawyer would love to see the emails cellufun employees have messaged me and havent even done nothing about harrment from people on cellufun and the hackers and people making fake avis to harrass people and now this my friend cant get her account back.

Yeah I continuously get jailed for things that aren't even in the terms of service and I get told the f* off in an email

I would like to change my user name on my acct. Wish yall would make this a opinion to do so it would make things alot more better for the people ..people would love this opportunity to be in contorl of there names on cellufun it would make alot. More better

Cellufun, Inc went out of business in January 2013,...

which is probably why your mail was returned.  Our company acquired some of the assets, and are running the Cellufun.com site under Checkmate Heavy Industries, LLC.   
Regarding case [redacted]:
 
We have our Terms of Service available on every page of the site, which is available at [redacted].  More specifically, I would direct you to section 7. Prohibited User Conduct at [redacted] .  I don’t know that I can discuss a specific user account with you, nor do I know that the consumer who contacted you is the proper owner of any avatar.  I will say that if a user had multiple avatars of their own, and discussed in open chat about using macros, and most egregiously about using automation to out 100,000 worthless friend requests, they would be deleted.  And all these thing individually are violations, which can result in losing one’s avatar.

Cellufun is a wapgame that falsely entices you to play "for free", however, to advance in any of their games you must buy their virtual money, funcoins.

I bought the funcoins to advance in their games since their "wall of offers" to get their virtual money is totally bogus. I received one order, but not two others. When I complained my account was frozen due to false accusations of violations of terms of service.

Basically, they stole my money by freezing my account. I tried to reach a resolution, but was treated rudely and unprofessionally.

Stay far away from this site, not only are the game full of errors and bugs, customer service is totally lacking.

Stay far away from Cellufun.

Review: My problem is my avatar was deleted some time ago I didnt no what to do or how to go about taking action ....my account had alot of stuff I purchased and friends gifted me ...the reason they said I was deleted because they said I had posted on somebody elses home page "above the law" this however does not break any rules even though it wasnt me I sent them screenshots of proof the person saying they did it however cf just ignored my emails after submitting proof my avatar was [redacted] ....they are deleting alot of ppl...its not just me they are practically stealing from us thank you for your time and any help you can give its very appreciatedDesired Settlement: My avatar restored with all my things on my acct and the 2000+ fcs

Review: Hi there, I purchased funcoins with my bank card on the 1**.15. I waited all day to receive my fcs which never came so I emailed cellfun who then told me they hadnt recieved no emails but said they did get reciept from [redacted] as they didnt deny not getting it. Since then I have got onto them and responded with harsh emails telling me to stop whipping them with emails. Since all that at beginning of the week everythin as come to a stand still and ive not received a refund or my fcs. I feel like ive been stolen from. Cellufun are now ignoring my emails. So im hoping goin down this route the issue might get dealt with and I either get my fcs or a refund.Desired Settlement: My funcoins or a refund. And re training the cf team on customer service

Review: I was recently deleted from [redacted] and I am asking for my avatar : [redacted] to be re-instated.

I have contacted support several times via phone and emails .

Dates contacted via emails are March **, March ** March **, April * , and April ** , all in 2014 are just some email dates

Dates contacted via phone were : Late March , Early and Late April and May all of 2014. Actual dates can be provided if I contact my cell phone company

The reason for my deletion was multiple accounts.

Yes I did have them and so do other players . A list of other players with multiple accounts will be provided at the end of this letter.

My reason for multiple accounts was after being compromised / hacked. I needed a safe profile to send my groups to. ( Groups are sold on the site for 100 Funcoins ) Funcoins: are virtual currency for the game site. They come in intervals of of different USD.

My account was compromised due a site profile and employee account named Group being hacked. During this time myself and other members of the cellufun community were compromised. To secure my groups I had to make several accounts to transfer my group's to seeing they were being taken from me from the hacker.

Also my son was abusing the game site without my knowledge and creating multiple avatar's just for the fact he liked the avatar name he came up with. I did take away his computer and has not abused the site since this issue,

I did explain these reasons to cellufun support and have had no response to my argument other then multiple accounts are not allowed on web site.

As I stated above my argument is valid other members of this site are well known to the staff on cellufun.com for having multiple accounts.

Also I am just a player on the site and had no way to secure my account during the site employee account being hacked and hacking cellufun members. I had to do resort to this. Also multiple accounts were never specified in the terms of service at this time to my knowledge. I seen Game Site Ambassadors creating multiple accounts and they are regular players like me that just help new players find there way around the site., that alone made me assume it was allowed.

I been a player of cellufun since 2009 and spent thousands of USD on my profile (avatar) . To be deleted and see other players including ambassadors of the web site still be active when staff is well aware they have multiple profiles is another UN-justification in me being deleted . The Terms Of Service state in Prohibited User Conduct , that multiple accounts are not allowed. If this is the case why are other players allowed to have them? If the Terms Of Service do not apply to all members this needs to me stated in TOS. They cannot pick and choose what members they want to keep and don't won't to keep, if this is the case there TOS are Null In Void and my account should be re-instated, Multiple means more then one. In there TOS they should also specify what there definition of multiple actually means.

Other players have just had there quote UN-quote multiple accounts deleted and got to keep there main profile unlike myself. Or they have been deleted same as me and had there account re-instated , this should apply to all members not just some and needs to be specified in there T.O.S

Other players with multiple accounts are. Screen Shots can be provided for all said players if needed upon request.

If I cannot be re-instated: I would like a reimbursement for all USD spent on the Virtual Currency since 2009 in the estimated amount of $4000.00 USD over this time I spent a lot more but this settlement is all I am requesting. Payment can be made to me via Cashier Check.

I am also requesting if I am not re-instated that the TOS of the site be modified to say we only delete multiple profiles of players we choose and specify what there Definition Of Multiple means.

Also I would like the list of name's I provided, including the Ambassadors investigated and deleted for violating the TOS for multiple accounts.

Review: I am filing a complaint against cellufun.com . I was recently locked out of my gaming profile on 6/**/2014 avatar name : [redacted] I been a member since 02/**/2010 . During this time I have spent thousands of dollars and played countless games and accumulated good stats in all my games.

Cellufun claims I violated the Terms Of Service on the website. They allege my avatar had over 100,000 page requests on 6/**, using multiple modified URLs to flood the site with requests. And that received complaints against me. I did not receive this information from them till two weeks after I emailed them asking why I was locked out of my profile. I have all emails to and from support at cellufun if needed for future claims either by the Revdex.com or myself.

My issue with this is I have no knowledge of doing this. As I explained to cellufun support in an email (with no reply as of 7/**/2014 ) that this would be impossible for me to do as I play on a mobile phone and a mobile phone is not capable of doing this.

Also I had reason to believe to I was compromised and contacted cellufun staff via phone and email on 6/**/2014 asking them to change my password and reset my profile. Seeing this is a cookie based website changing my password via there option does not UN-bookmark you from other devices I asked that they completely log me out. I know this was not done seeing my daughter has my old phone and was still able to access to my account. My reason for believing I was compromised is a group on my Avatar page was disbanded this could only be done with someone having access to my profile. A group can bought on cellufun for sum of 100 Funcoins , funcoins are game currency that we purchase with USD's

Seeing my profile was not successfully logged out by staff , and they allege I violated the TOS on 6/**/2014, I explained to support in the emails that they need to check my IP address or do a further investigation into this matter.

They disclaim the TOS clearly for everyone to see but only chose the players they want to target , due to complaints , complaints from whom? And they have proof I did this , what proof? With the amount of money I put into this website I would not risk any type of actions they allege I have done to jeopardize my account. I been on this website four years and staff has never had an issue with me so for them to assume it was me after I contacted them to reset my account the day prior to my account being locked and stated I was possibly compromised this is ludicrous to think I would draw attention to my self if in fact I was cheating like they alleged, why I would I call support for help if I knew I was violating the TOS like they claim I did.

Cellufun also claims there accounts cannot be compromised , this is false information they are giving us as customers. Any website has vulnerabilities . And seeing there own site profile an employee avatar was comprised avatar name: Group and in-turn that profile caused 100's of profiles to be compromised. Then there was a system failure, that there system disclosed all players passwords on there websites and in turn they compensated players with 500 funcoins in game currency for the system failure. With them being well aware of this they should not claim there site is “Hack Proof” even [redacted] , [redacted]. [redacted] internet explorer, Target and many more sites have been hacked . So how can Cellufun a small based company have better security then these big name companies? False information is being given and is this case and many others whom have been deleted or locked out may be a victim of cellufun's false claims of being “Hack Proof” I have screen shots of an employee saying this in an open blog and can be provided with any other proof that may be needed to resolve this issue., seeing I myself seem to be a victim of my profile being compromised and further investigation from cellufun would prove this.

I am not able to file a complaint against Checkmate Heavy Industries , as there is no website or nothing legitimate I can find to file a complaint with the company who cellufun claims to be running under. So where do we as consumers go to from this point? A company cannot just take your money for all these years and not have a place for customers to legitimately file complaints.Desired Settlement: My resolution to this is I would like cellufun.com to investigate further into this , and once they do they will see I was not liable for the violations to there TOS and have my profile [redacted] reinstated / unlocked . If this cannot be done I am then requesting a payment made to me via cashier check in the sum of 5000.00 USD a quarter of what I spent on the website cellufun.com. Review: I created an account (username: [redacted]) at Cellufun in late 2008 or early 2009. I enjoyed playing the games and talking with people from around the world. I had even made several friends at this site. In January 2013 the username I created [redacted] was hacked. I emailed the company asking for help in recovering my account. I never received a reply to my first email. I them sent several different emails to the company. When the company finally replied to my email I was told they could not help me.

During my time as a user with the company I have made several purchases for the "Fun Coin". Their in game currency that helps make playing experience more fun.

With the loss account I have lost my friends, time and money I put in to the [redacted] account.Desired Settlement: All I request is my account back. If they cannot provide me my account then I request the money I spent on fun coins to be refunded to my paypal account (under different email address).

Review: Cellufun employees arbitrarily enforce rules and delete avatars for no reason. Sunday 1/[redacted]/14. I was in a chat room and the employees did not like what I said and they wiped out all avatars on my IP address. This included all avatars that were played by family members off of the same computer. Understand money and time have been placed into these game avatars and they were deleted without just cause. They report violation of terms of service, however, they do not enforce rules to all players. Unfortunately, they must understand that several players play off of my computer. It is arbitrary and unfair. This has been a continued practice with this company and it is time that they are held accountable for their actions.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be for them to reinstate all avatars lost on 1/[redacted]/14.

Review: I was recently deleted from [redacted] after 4 years of being on the website and investing thousands of dollars on my profile . I contacted them and was informed I was deleted for having Multiple accounts. I requested to have my profile back and just delete my multiple accounts explained why I had them and how other players still have them. And I explained other reasons to have my profile re-instated as I listed below. I contacted them on 03-**-2014 , 04-**-2014 and 04-**-2014 by phone and email on all days.

In fact this is true, I did have them and so do 100's of others players , that the site is well aware of, including there own Ambassadors to the site who gain this badge to help other players.

An ambassador Player name: [redacted] has several multiple accounts including [redacted] and several more.

Other players will be provided I have documentation (screen shots) of them. I will provide a list of players with known multiple accounts at the end of this letter.

The reason for my Multiple Accounts is that the site's (employee) profile name [redacted], was compromised and I was hacked due to this fact not once but several times.

To secure my groups you are able to buy on the website I used the other profiles to place my groups on them , I did not use these profiles to harm the website but to protect myself.

During this time I also had a staff member Log Me Out of all my multiple accounts and he changed my passwords for me. I still have these emails also.

To my knowledge where a cellufun employee changed my passwords and secured my accounts I never seen no harm in having them. Especially when there own Ambassadors have them also.

There log in page even says

If you are not allowed to have other screen names why is that option there to sign in with another screen-name?

And why do other players have them?

And only I was deleted and my account ,

When other players like [redacted] had all her multiple accounts cellufun deleted over 100 of them and allowed her to keep her main profile.

The web site cannot pick and choose who there Terms of Service are for , it is either for all players or none!
