This company had a sticker on my hot water heater, so I called them for plumbing servicesNot only did they send an HVAC representative instead of a plumber but also charged fees for his time spent to diagnose the issues I already had HVAC people come to the house to tell meA diagnostic fee that I was already told would be waived
Linda, the woman I spoke with, is a horrible customer service representativeShe quoted me saying things I did not say and fought with me over the phone before charging me additional fees
All in all, I was charged nearly $1,$"fee" here, $"fee" there...all to have a NON-plumber install the items I needed
All that being said, Josh, the man they sent, was upfront with me about not being a plumber and knew his trade wellHe was a true professional and does not deserve to have a poor review reflected on him or the work he did
It's unfortunate that this experience was my first with the company, as I would use Josh again but am very hesitant to deal with them due to such poor customer service
