UPDATE to last review (8-15-15): I appreciate the service manager reaching out to me after learning about my experience with the service centerHe assured I could contact him for any help upon returning for a serviceWell, a month later, my check engine light came on and began flashing, so I contacted him, explained my situation and he told me to bring my car on in and they would check it out I got there and he actually took me back to where work would be done and introduced me to shop foreman who was greatIt was nice to know who would be working on my carI gave them a rundown of what had been done to my car and troubles with the check engine lightThey informed me of what the issues likely were and kept my car to resolve themMrAcontacted me to give an update on the process and what to expectA tuwas the end result AND a courtesy oil changeMrAhad the bulk of the costs taken care of, with me only paying half for parts, which was pretty amazing considering the total cost for everything I was called when my car was good to go and everything had already been adjusted for check-outEven my invoice seemed more detailed about what was done and who did what, which I likeI was able to keep my parts that were taken off and even take a test drive with the shop foreman who explained the issue behind my check engine light and general ride of my vehicleMy service advisor was nice about seeing me off and apologized for the last experienceGreat experience with the service manager who was very friendly and personable, and clearly had customer satisfaction as his top priorityI appreciate what all was done this time around, mending the past situation

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I contacted Tameron about a specific car to get an e-quote. I got a great quote so I decided to go purchase the car. That was the last good thing I have to say about Tameron... I get there and they don't have the car I had contacted them about (they told me via email that they had it on the lot)...then suddenly, the car is there....then POOF! it's gone. Next, they quoted me nearly $2000 LESS than 2 other dealerships had quoted me (the same day) for that car. To make things even worse, Tameron tried to sneak, yes sneak, in $2400 worth of "dealer accessories" that I could not opt out of. Then, the icing on the whole experience, another salesman came over and argued with me about everything!! He claimed that all dealerships did this practice of "sneaking in dealer accessories." He argued with me for a good 10 min before I walked out. The very next day I went to Brannon Honda and got the EXACT SAME CAR for the price that Brannon quoted me via email (cheaper than Tameron's quote even). Yes, this car had the mandatory dealer accessories but Brannon did not sneak their price in. The price that Brannon quoted me is the EXACT PRICE I paid to drive off their lot with my new car. I will always recommend Brannon Honda to anyone! I would never even send my worst enemies to Tameron...places like this are what make people anxious and hate dealing with new car dealerships.

Revdex.com:Although I am aware that company's computer systems are constantly being hacked to expose their customer's personal information and passwords, I have not been informed that AT&T's customer data base has been hacked, therefore I find it impossible to believe that [redacted] actually asked for a passcode Further, I think that it would be AT&T policy to thoroughly scrutinize any out-of-state purchase of more than one phone during a single visit I can understand someone traveling, losing their phone, and needing to replace a single phone If someone from out of state comes into a store claiming to have lost their phone (they obviously didn't have my phone with them) but then also purchasing other phones, all kinds of red flags and alarms should go off First, [redacted] should have offered to use Find My iPhone to locate the customer' phone This would have shown that the phone was in NC and that it shouldn't have been used for several hours taking into account travel time from NC to KY He then could have checked usage to see if that in fact it had been used Seeing that the phone had been used all day long, he could have called my phone, which I would have answered, to confirm that the phone was indeed lost [redacted] is either part of the theft ring or has no common sense. In a quick review of my cell phone bill, I find that I received a call from ###-###-#### on 5/31/at 8:PM This is the date of the fraudulent activity I was not able to receive the call because my number had been transferred to the thief's phone Other calls to and from Louisville that day would have been on my office phone and that is when I was told that a police report would be filed I also show that I called ###-###-#### on 6/6/at 11:AM and 6/27/at 10:AM Each time I had to leave a message asking for information on the police report so that I could contact the Louisville police with more information on the case.I am not willing to allow the business to access my account to apply the $credit, but they can mail me an AT&T gift card that I can take to my local AT&T corporate store to apply toward my next bill.I am offended by the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , but will accept a $AT&T corporate gift card that can be used at my local AT&T store I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]
