Cellular Castle

Review: I have spent the last 3 months making every attempt to solve this problem and get my money back for an item I purchased on 6/**/13 from E-Bay seller Cellular_Castle. Between receiving the defective product (not item advertised) on 6/**/13 and 8/**/13 I had maintained e-mail contact with the seller-Cellular Castle. They sent me shipping labels to return the defective product (cell phone) twice. This is a STAR rated seller on e-bay!? I have documented e-mails from Cellular Castle stating they would replace my phone (which they did with another defective phone). On 8/*/13 I contacted them stating this phone too was not working, they offered to issue me a FULL REFUND and sent me the shipping label to send the phone back. I have this in writing in e-mails. After a couple weeks I realized I had not yet received the refund, I wrote them an e-mail then called Cellular Castle---and realized I have been BLOCKED! I am un-able to get in touch with this company. I have made over 50 phone calls and over 25 emails to the company, ebay and paypal to solve this problema nd get my due refund. My item is currently re-listed on [redacted] and is for sale and they continue to be a STAR rated seller on [redacted]. I have contacted [redacted] several times regarding this (just got off the phone today on 9/**/13) and after being transferred around for sometimes up to an hour-I am told there is nothing they can do because I never “opened a case”. Which I never did, because I had no reason to! I was talking directly with the seller and they were offering to solve the problem. I am a single mother working two jobs and now have no phone and I am out $169.98, which is a lot of money for me! Cellular-Castle stole my money and has yet to issue me a refund for the returned product. I have have the delivery confirmation number to state it arrived there and an e-mail from a cellular castle represenative to confirm they recived it and would be issuing me a refund.
