I went to this place of business around 11a.mtoday to explain how my phone was messed up due to them replacing the screenJust as I thought, the owner denied that my phone complications were the businesses fault and blamed meI went in wanting him to correct the problem but after all cussing and disrespect from him I just wanted a refund because my phone was destroyed inside even though it had a new screen and might I add the wrong color screen was put on it and I was told that if I wanted the right color screen could be put on if I was dissatisfied with that oneI was dissatisfied and told them to let me know when the original came inThey never called meJust over a week went by and I called themWhen I called they said my screen had just came in the mail right before I calledThe whole time that I was waiting for them my phone was freezing up, cutting off, my s pen area was extra sensitive and saying the pen was out when it was inIt was all bad from a screen replacement
