Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: only ONE voicemail was left today 2/2/way way after I called about the initial complaintI was forced to return to the dealer to get my service other wise my warranty for tires would have been voidedNo other deals would roll over the warranty because the car was unfortunately purchased at this location Regards, [redacted]

I tried calling [redacted] and left voicemailsIn the complaint she says she was scared and afraid to return here for serviceThe complaint was written on 1/22/and she came here for a 15,mile service on 1/28/I don't know if this is the correct customer information for the complaintI will continue trying to contact her for some clarity

When the vehicle was sold in January the rear brakes were measured above the acceptable wear range to be sold as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicleWhen the vehicle was serviced in May miles later the rear brakes measured in the recommended replace rangeWe explained at the time it is not
necessary to replace the brakes now since they are not in the unsafe rangeThe customer also wanted to the tires balanced which is an additional $charge to the $charge for the brakesI offered to do both services for $which the customer initially accepted, however when she came for the service she wanted to renegotiate to pay $for both servicesAfter we couldn't agree on price she left the dealer and filed a complaint with Kia corporate who found we did nothing wrong since the brake measurement was acceptable at time of sale and they are a wearable item, maintenance is not included as part of the Kia CPO programBrakes are a wearable itemThey measured acceptable at time of sale and measured recommend but not unsafe months and miles laterAs I told Kia corporate, I will honor my original offer and perform both services for the $if the customer chooses
