Cellular Depot

The installers arrived the first time almost 5 hours after they said they would (and not a 4 hour window - "we'll be there at 8am"). They did not have the complete sink the first time. They were rushing the first time they visited and left glue residue on the sink AND installed the sink crooked. Then they were an hour late the second time they came back to fix the problems with the sink. The one guy on the second visit who had been on the first visit spent the whole time sulking [redacted]. The bowls they delivered after the fact which our plumber installed were not actually for our sink we purchased which means that the strainers don't work. If they provided reasonable customer service rather than sending the same incorrect parts over and over again and then adopting a "take it or leave it" approach and would just refund us the small amount we are requesting we would be happy. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
