I am rejecting this response because: I reject and accept their response in that they will help us out after the fact when we asked for their support in the beginning they did not want to follow their own contract and we had to request the screen savers from the supplierOnce they are installed we will be on the same page but if by chance we have to replace them again are we going to have to go through this again or will they meet there signed document
