Cellular One of East Central Illinois has put in trouble tickets for the service complaints that Mr. [redacted] has brought to our attention. The tickets were reviewed by our Engineering team. Some of the service...

issues are due to congestion on our network during heavy traffic times. Our engineering team has been trouble shooting the congestion and making network changes to offer improved services. Currently, we are waiting on equipment that will improve data congestion issues. Congestion does not mean the service is obsolete; however, it does create slower data speeds. Our supervisor has been in touch with Mr. [redacted]. He was offered to be let out of his contract without penalties if he chooses to terminate service before this can be fixed. If he chooses to continue service, we will allow him to switch to one of our new rate plans, which would save him $20.00 per month. This plan is only offered to new customers or those that have fulfilled their current contract and are eligible to renew their contract. We are making an exemption to allow Mr. [redacted] to change his plan 15 months early, prior to his end of contract date, 7/11/2016.
We have given Mr. [redacted] the option to reduce his monthly plan or the freedom to switch to another carrier that may be more suitable for his needs, without any early termination fees. Therefore, further credits cannot be justified.
