I purchased my BMW vehicle on April 30, FROM MOMENTUM BMW WEST/A SONIC AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIPThe The BMW "Owner's Choice" contract was structured like a lease with a balloon payment that could be refinanced at the end of the 3-year term My wife and I are on the original TX State Registration/Title, which proves it was a PURCHASE - not a LEASEMy intention was always to keep the vehicle, so I had a few upgrades made at BMW WestDuring that time, BMW West FRAUDULENTLY/WITHOUT MY CONSENT RE-TITLED the vehicle in their nameUpon what I thought was a simple refinance (according to my original contract, BMW West RE-SOLD our own car to us, instead of refinancing at no more than a 5% interest increase Instead we were charged 15% (11points higher) because they aknew we were financially leveraged and brealized I wanted to keep the car That triggered charges for TX State Tax, Title, License, Doc & prep fees (which were never done), double warranty coverages we already hadWe were also aggressively sold several Warranties that were supposedly cancellable, but were not upon my requestThe total over charge resulted in more than $15,immediately out of our already stressed finances and much more over time The General Manager, Marie M [redacted] A [redacted] , inserted herself into the deal; which is quite unusualShe said it was to fast-track the paperworkShe didIt was so fast that we didn't realize that this was not a simple refinance, but a totally new purchase of my own vehicle The Salesperson, Michael J S [redacted] told me in person on March 12, that he 'had to put the car into inventory to get the payoff price he (mistakenly) quoted me." Tariq S [redacted] Finance MGR was there when that happenedFinance Director, Lourdes Y***, called me several timesWhen I finally picked up her call, she misstated several times that I was on a Lease, not a Purchase (The contract was titled and "OWNER'S CHOICE" if that is not clear enough.) I have proof that she clearly does not understand the contract she put forth I trusted BMW West to be honest and truly liked every person (so I thought) I met there They took advantage of my family at a vulnerable time financially and fraudulently sold my own car to me twiceABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT

I purchased tire & wheel insurance when I bought my new carI decided to cancel it weeks after purchaseThe insurance supplier does not respond I bought a new BMW Xon 10/5/from [redacted] in [redacted] , SC [redacted] convinced me to add Sonic Automotive tire & wheel insurance for $1,since the tire & wheels are so expensive to replaceI did but decided soon after the purchase that the insurance was not worth the costSo I contacted [redacted] to find out how to get a refundI filled out a form [redacted] provided and sent it to Sonic Automotive on 10/18/Sonic replied that it will take up to weeks to get the refundIt's been over weeks nowI have contacted Sonic multiple times for an update on my refundAt first that said the refund is in progressNow they will not respond at all to calls or emailsI contacted [redacted] to get involved but according to them they can't get Sonic to call themI am concerned Sonic Automotive and/or [redacted] d

They didn't let me test drive the car and didn't let me put baby car seats to see if they car for my family needs and I can not return my car back

We were told the vehicle we purchased was previously certified and had a maintenance plan that would be transferred to usIt was not
We purchased a BMW 528i (VIN# DYXXXXX) in 5/from BMW of Monrovia as a previously certified vehicle with pre-paid maintenanceThe sales agent as well as the manager both confirmed the car was certified with a full maintenance plan and that would be transferred to us

On 11/16/I visited *** for some routine service and a complaint that my windshield cracked during hot weather Prior to coming into the dealer with this issue, I have visited top rated glass shops in the area and they both confirmed that there is no damage on the glass and its defective

Let me preface this with my background I have been a client of BH BMW since 08/2000, since I was years old I have purchased, in cash, cars in the years with the dealership I stay with this dealership primarily because of my sales guy Charles and the Service employees that I consider as family, including my service advisor Dung I cannot tell you how this one man has kept me not only in the BMW family but has made me return to BH BMW every year since I met him So my history with BH BMW is long and familial, so me writing this message to you is because some of your employees, supervisors, are complacent with the horrible status quo Check the Revdex.com ratings and the yelp reviews out there for the dealership It shows gross incompetency and complacency because NOTHING has been done to remedy it My issue is as follows:
