Review: We brought my broken Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to Cellular Solutions on May 9th and paid a deposit of $120.00, we were told it would be ready to be picked up on May 12th and they would call us. On Thursday May 12th by afternoon I had not received a call so I spoke with an employee and he stated it would be ready on Friday and again they would call me. Again, on Friday I did not receive a call so I again called and he stated it would be ready on Saturday May 14th. On My 14th there was no call and they did not answer their business phone again until Tuesday the 17th. On Tuesday the employee stated they order the wrong part and it would be in by Wednesday evening. I did not receive a call on Thursday the 19th and the store was closed on Thursday the 19th and still today May 23rd the store is not open and now the business number is disconnected. I have not received my property back.Desired Settlement: I would like my property back, if my phone is actually fixed I would like a discount on services rendered. If my phone is not fix I want it and my deposit back immediately.

Review: I bought a PlayStation for my son for $600 and the CD got stuck in the console. So I took it to be repaired at this businesse with a witness on June of this past year. I went back to pick up my PlayStation an they told me that I never dropped off the console to be repaired. They stole my sons game console and are not making amends to return it or refunding me the cost of replacing it..I am very mad and my son 13 year old son is crying.! I would like to know what I can do to fix this issue. Thank you for your help with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like them to return my families property. Broken or not...I worked hard to buy this for my son! I am a single mother raising two kids, paying a house mortgage, and having severe scoliosis. Thank you for your help.
