I am genuinely sorry that this customer does not accept my response. But my response is the same, and it's fair and honestThe distributor will support her service and warranty needs. The machine has a computer memory which knows how much is being drawn, and errors, and cleaning frequency. I'm sure they can support this as the *** distributor locally.%

We are responding to the above complaint. All soft serve ice cream makers are made to make and dispense frozen dairy treats, and unfortunately, they have to store it for some time also. The slower production days of winter, or periods when you have slow draws are the hardest time for all
the manufacturers of soft serve equipment to STORE the finished product. Generally speaking, the longer they must store the product, the more likely they are to have an issue -- like grainy texture. The mix manufacturers have something to do with this as well due to how they make their products through out the year. It is true that her initial purchase was of a machine that had way more capacity then she needed, and we took care of that issue by limited refunding and supplying her a machine with lower capacity. We never told her that she could store product in her machine indefinitely with out consequences to the mix product quality. Although I read the complaint, I am not sure what the real issue is; the machine has a warranty on it, and the local distributor can check out the reason to the vanilla going "grainy". If this is an equipment issue, it can be repaired under warranty. If this is operator or mix issue, there will likely be a charge for their time

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] I stand by my last rejection that they did not answer my questions. As for standing by a warranty, I don't understand that comment. I never said anything about a warranty. This issue is about the machine they sold me and the fact that it does not handle what we do and I believe they knew this. They are right they have the stats, and they had them with the last machine they traded out. They assured me this machine would handle the low usage in the Winter and it does not. And, even during the busy season we have to use a lower grade Ice Cream in order for it work. And, the machine is being cleaned correctly, so that was an offline comment also. [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] The reason I will not accept the response is because they did not address anything I wrote about. I said nothing about storing the product indefinitely. That is ridiculous. We clean the machine twice a week no matter what. So that was an absurd response. My comments here and my numerous phone contact with everyone involved is that the product turns gritty in less than 12 hours and I was assured when they switched out models that this would not happen. I was assured by [redacted], stoelting and central foods who I purchased the machine from that this machine was the correct one and no doubt about it, it would work. So I am not sure what the person who responded did not understand. To sum it up so they understand. I was traded out and verbally guaranteed this machine would work. It does not work so I need to know where they stand before I proceed further with my attorney. You can't guarantee a product and then just walk away when it doesn't work. I hope this helps them to understand my question.
